Aims and Objectives:

• To provide Skill Up gradation Trainings and Vocational Trainings in connection with functional improvement of Self Help Groups and Self Employment Schemes.
• Training programmes especially for the unemployed Girls and Tribal women's of Mashra Panchayat and Other Backward Class of all over the States of India.
• To promote, establish, develop, awareness about Tribal women’s health, education, sports and culture, agriculture, self help training, Handicrafts, Tailoring, Food and Vegetable production and processing, Rexine Goods making, Farming and Dairy, Goat Farming, Vermi Compost production, Organic Farming, Computer Applications Training.
• To promote and organize and participation in Fair and Exhibition.
• To promote, establish, organize, run, maintain Self Help Group in different sectors.
